Welcome,
I first trained in Tai Chi, and there learned the value of Breath. Next, I was brought back to Yoga, where it seems that a time reversal happened, because I started to treat myself differently. I came to a place where I needed to return some of what was being given to me and I trained to teach Yoga. As I did this, I realized that I was dumb to the movement of the body and so trained in Thai Massage. Both of which I have offered publicly since 2018.
I started massage school in about February 2023. finished the program in July 2024, and finally got my license about June 2025. I am licensed for massage in the state of Arizona.
The type of massage I like to give has aspects of Thai Massage, Myotherapy, Spa Lomi, and Swedish Sedona. I like to move and stretch the body, to access different layers of muscle. I am a student of the fascial network and the connections that are made throughout the body through this system. My touch has been described as relaxing in general, until I find something that needs work, and then it's as deep as required.

The rate of $80 is for one therapist at one hour. Please contact us to discuss longer sessions or multiple therapists.
